Cancellation policy
We understand that it may be necessary to amend or cancel scheduled appointments from time to time. To help with this, we’re happy to waive our cancellation fee and accommodate scheduling adjustments. Provided that we receive at least 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
Changes or cancellation within 24 hours of schedule appointments Will result in a $50 charge to your account which must be paid in full at your next visit. Appointment no-shows Will result in a charge to your account for the full amount of the missed Service! Which must be paid in full before future appointments may be reserved or honored.
* The advanced notice gives Mariesimone time to adjust her schedules for other clients.
* Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow check-in
• If you’re more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, please plan to reschedule your appointment for another day. • To make sure Mariesimone keep clients on schedule, we typically can’t accept requests for additional services once you arrive for your appointment. If there are order services you’d like to have done, please speak with our front desk coordinator to schedule a separate appointment. Of course, Mariesimone can choose to make exceptions if time permits.
• Individual services – such as haircuts, hair color, and rod sets ect. are not included in the price of a shampoo & style or relaxer. Please see the price menu at the front desk for a detailed price sheet.
* *A Consultation MUST Be Booked for ALL New Clients for any Chemical Service or Extension Service
*A NONRefundable Deposit is Required for ALL extension Services
• When you arrive for your appointment, please stop at the front desk and wait to be escorted to the back for service. This process helps us control traffic and allows Mariesimone to give her full attention to each client.
